Overview

Thank you for shopping with THE KRIPT. We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.thekriptstore.com and any related subdomains.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Return Labels (USA & Canada)

THE KRIPT will send a return label to customers in the USA and Canada.

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order arrived damaged or was lost in transit, the return label is free and no deduction applies.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and free of stains, odors, or damage
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Start a Return

Returns are managed through your customer account. To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account at account.thekriptstore.com using the email address from your order. You will receive a one-time verification code — no password needed.
  2. Open the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and select Request return.
  3. Choose the item(s) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.

Important: Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

USA & Canada

THE KRIPT sends you a return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund.

Damaged or lost in transit: Free return label — no deduction.

International

Customers purchase their own return label.

We advise sharing your carrier and tracking number with us so we can track your return.

International Returns

International customers must initiate their return through their customer account at account.thekriptstore.com, but labels are not provided by THE KRIPT. Once you have shipped your return, we advise sharing your carrier and tracking number with us at customercare@thekriptstore.com so we can follow your return.

Important: When purchasing a return label, please select "Returned Goods / Returned Merchandise" as the shipment type. This ensures your package clears customs correctly.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or if your order was lost in transit, contact us immediately at customercare@thekriptstore.com. Provide photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Returns for orders that arrived damaged or were lost in transit are free — no return label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear and underwear
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original item through your customer account.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Processing

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow time for inspection. After approval, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Standard Returns — The return label cost is deducted from your refund total.
  • Damaged or Lost Orders — Full refund to original payment method, with no return label deduction.

Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Outbound shipping fees
  • Return shipping label fees, unless your order was damaged or lost in transit, or where required by law
  • Duties, tariffs & import taxes paid at checkout, unless required by local law

Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Items must meet standard eligibility requirements: unworn and unused, with all original tags, in original packaging.

This right may not apply to:

  • Final sale items clearly marked as such
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed
  • Items that have been visibly worn or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

Refunds for EU customers will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods, in accordance with applicable law.

United Kingdom — Consumer Rights

This section applies to customers whose orders are delivered to the United Kingdom.

Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period normally runs from:

  • The day after you or a person you nominate receives the goods; or
  • If items in your order are delivered separately, the day after you receive the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by a clear statement, for example by email. You can contact us at customercare@thekriptstore.com. Your message must clearly state that you wish to cancel the contract and include your order details.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds for UK Statutory Cancellations

  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods, including standard delivery costs, if any, in accordance with UK law.
  • We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of your handling them more than necessary.
  • We will process your refund without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the earlier of the day we receive the returned goods or the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return Costs for UK Customers

Unless we have agreed to provide a free return label under a specific promotion or policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory right to cancel.

Items Excluded from UK Cancellation Rights

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects any legal rights you may have under UK consumer law. If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights under UK law, your statutory rights will prevail.
